1. The noise is mainly related to the materials and tread of bike tires. The use of road bikes is highly suggested because the spinning sound will be louder if a mountain bike is used. We also recommend using the bike trainer on a carpet to reduce noise.
2. This bike trainer is designed for bicycles with quick-release skewers. Using bicycles without quick-release skewers on this bike trainer is not recommended. It may damage the rear axles to some extent.
3. Although the mounting system can be compatible with most quick-release skewers, we recommend substituting the provided quick-release skewer for the original one to reduce the risk of damage. Furthermore, our quick release skewer is also functional in daily use, so the substitute can also spare you from changing the quick-release skewers too often.

Currently, U.S. orders over $49.99 receive free standard shipping to the lower 48 states. This free shipping offer excludes Alaska and Hawaii, P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO and International orders.
Orders less than $50 will ship for $6.99 to the lower 48 states. Shipping fees to Alaska and Hawaii and International orders may vary.
Most orders ship within 1-7 business days, unless otherwise stated. Your final shipping cost and estimated delivery timeframe will be available to you during checkout.
Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.

Returns
Start the return process within 30 days of receiving your item. We inspect all returned items. The product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.
